We provide all-round testing in accordance with national and international regulations, technical and other standard, of course in accordance with customer requirements.

For this, we have a modern accredited testing laboratory available for fast and efficient material analyses. We analyze your materials: plastics, ceramics, composite materials and all forms of metals (heat-resistant steels, corrosion-resistant steels, old steel grades, cast iron, nonferrous metals,).

We offer an all-round service: from the production of samples to the evaluation of the test results. Based on our more than 60 years of experience, we are also available to provide advice on questions concerning the use of materials and their processing, as well as corrosion and service lives.

Our qualified personnel uses proven test technology to determine the chemical and physical properties of your material samples. The standard mechanical-technological tests, i.e. in the area of incoming goods inspections, recertification, welder qualification and welding procedure tests, are carried out in accordance with German, European or American regulations, as well as customer specifications.

Non-destructive materials testing – IN THE LABORATORY AND AT YOUR SITE

For the performance of conventional non-destructive testing (NDT), Siempelkamp Prüf- und Gutachter-Gesellschaft has at its disposal the necessary stationary and portable testing equipment, as well as experienced test personnel, who have the level 3 qualification according to DIN EN ISO 9712.

These testing services can be performed on the customer’s premises in conjunction with the production and construction supervision of plants and component assemblies, inspections during power plant maintenance and material certification, and in the testing laboratory at SPG.
