Our qualified personnel use proven test technology to determine the chemical and physical properties of your material samples. The standard mechanical-technological tests, i.e. in the area of incoming goods inspections, recertification, welder qualification and welding procedure tests, are carried out in accordance with German, European or American regulations, as well as customer specifications.

Mechanical-technological tests, including sample production:
  • Tensile test with fine strain measurement up to 1000 kN, up to 950 °C
  • Fracture test
  • Bending and compression test, weld bead bend test
  • Notched-bar impact bending test according to Charpy, -78 to 500 °C
  • Stationary hardness testing according to Vickers, Brinell; Macro- and small load hardness
  • Portable hardness testing in accordance with UCI methods.
